Your clinic has been strategically created to offer holistic patient care from both Specialists and often Allied Healthcare Professionals. By listing your clinic on Smart Referral, you are providing patients with choice, sub-specialisation and convenience. Individual Specialists will ‘stand out’ when being associated with a clinic. This allows them to help more patients in their chosen areas of interest and to refer patients within your clinic that present with conditions suited to other clinic members.

Clinics allow groups of doctors from the same specialty to combine services and focus on their sub-specialty’s and areas of interest. This allows patients to receive healthcare services from Specialist doctors that regularly treat conditions similar to theirs. By creating a clinic microsite on Smart Referral, your Specialists will increase the ability to reach patients that are presenting with conditions relevant to their sub-speciality or areas of interest.

By joining Smart Referral, you will create many opportunities to be found online by highly relevant and targeted search queries that previously would have landed elsewhere. How can I list my clinic on Smart Referral?
Our Clinic Membership allows you to list your clinic on Smart Referral. If there are members of your clinic that are not on a Clinic Membership plan, they will be shown in the free directory area, but will not be associated or linked up to your clinics microsite.
What fees are involved?
A Clinic Membership is $499.00 per month. Each specialist that you would like to show on your clinic page needs to have their own Clinic Membership.
We have mulitple locations, how does that work?
When setting up your clinic page you can add multiple locations. Each location will have its own marker on the directory map and appear within our ''Find a Specialist' feature.
Who pays? The clinic or individual specialists?
We recommend that each specialist signs up to their own Clinic Membership. This allows individual specialists to be associated to any clinics they are associated with now and in the future. Once a Specialist signs up they can connect their listing to the clinic microsite.
What payment methods to you accept?
We only accept credit cards: AMEX, Visa and Mastercard. Your nominated credit card will be securely debited on the same day each month during your contracted subscription. We don't accept EFT transfers or cheques.
